When giving cufflinks as a gift, the most important thing is to aim to find a pair that reflects the personality of the person who will be wearing them. One of the greatest thing about wearing a pair of stylish cufflinks is the fact that they are a tiny reflection of a person's style and taste.

Think hard about the recipient's style of dress, their personality, and how they like others to see them. Ideally, the pair you choose will tie in with all three areas. Don't worry too much about this, though, as it really is the thought that counts!

Give some thought to the person's wardrobe, and what their favourite colours are. Are they someone who likes or wears gold, or do they prefer white metals? Do they like things to be flashy or 'bling bling', or is quiet understatement more of their thing?

The more you think about it, the better your choice will be. Don't get trapped by analysis paralysis, though - any pair of cufflinks will be really well received, and if you're really struggling, you can't go past a pair of plain silver cufflinks.
However, if in doubt, you can always order a gift voucher - just email us at info@cufflinks.co.nz to request a special gift-wrapped voucher. Great for staff incentive prizes!

Have fun!
